Group Looks To Make Changes To Community Meal

Organizers of the 2012 Feed My Sheep Thanksgiving dinner at Central High School in Muncie are looking to make some changes to the annual program. On Sunday at Northside Church of God, interested volunteers are meeting to discuss ways to bring more residents to the dinner as opposed to delivering the community meal. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Organizers say that the fellowship of eating together is just as important as the meal itself.

Staff Relations Manager Barb Cross says she‘s among numerous Red Cross staffers nationwide on the ground and assessing the needs.
