Judge Issues Gag Order In Molestation Case

A gag order has been issued by the judge in a Delaware County molestation case.
Special Judge Peter Haviza of Randolph County issued the order in the case of 21-year-old Jordan Donati, who is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a girl when she was 13 and he was 18. The reasons behind the gag order are unclear, although some speculate that it may range from a negotiated settlement to dismissal of all charges.
Donati’s trial was set to begin October 17.
