Modoc Man Seriously Injured In Motorcycle Crash

A Modoc man was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident on the Muncie Bypass on Thursday evening. 56-year-old Brad Himelick was taken from the accident scene – west of the Burlington Drive overpass – by ambulance to IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. He was later flown by medical helicopter to an Indianapolis hospital. Indiana State Police say it appears Himelick was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
