Four members of a Ridgeville household have been indicted by a Randolph County grand jury investigating the severe beating of a baby girl. The indictments stem from a July 5 incident where doctors say the 20-month-old girl was suffering from “multiple blunt force trauma injuries.” After an investigation by Indiana State Police detectives, indictments were returned on Wednesday and arrested were Russell Phenis Jr., & Destiny Phenis, along with Russell Phenis Sr & Melissa Phenis.
