Energy Assistance Applications Start Soon

The cost of heating your home, like everything else, is going up. The Delaware County Interlocal Community Action Program has announced that they will be taking applications for the Energy Assistance Program soon. The ICAP office at 407 West Main Street in Muncie will begin scheduling application appointments –over the phone only -on October 29th. Walk-in appointments are not available. Contact the office at 288-8732 for more information.

Bonzi Wells Target Of Lawsuit
