Richmond Teen Reports Sexual Battery

A Richmond teen told authorities she was battered sexually Saturday night on the city’s south side. Police say a 17-year-old female told them a man known to her sexually battered her in the 200 block of South Seventh Street. Officers responded to the report, but no arrests were made in the case. Richmond Police Department Capt. Jim Branum says an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
