A Ridgeville resident has been accused of kicking another man in the face after forcing the alleged victim’s golf cart off a county road. 33-year-old Vincent W. “Sonny” Goodhew Jr. is charged with battery resulting in bodily injury and obstructing traffic.
According to a police report, Goodhew, driving a pickup truck, passed the victim on a golf cart and then used his truck to block the road. Goodhew allegedly then left his truck, placed both hands on the golf cart’s roof, and kicked its driver in the face. His bench trial is set for Nov. 20 in Randolph Superior Court.
