The long-running sexual harassment dispute between former Anderson Mayor Kris Ockomon and former employee Teresa Spencer was settled back in May. But that’s not quite the end of it. An attorney for Teresa Spencer argued this week that a lawsuit filed against her by Ann Ockomon, wife of the former mayor, should be dismissed. Ann Ockomon’s lawsuit argued that Spencer’s allegations made in her federal complaint represented her in a false light and intentionally caused her emotional distress, for which she required professional treatment.
