Richmond Community Schools teachers have reached a tentative agreement with district administrators to receive a one-time stipend based on their level of experience, education and leadership during the 2011-12 school year. The stipend, if approved by the school board at its meeting today, would cost RCS more than 180-thousand dollars or about 1 percent of the general fund.
