And get ready for another I-69 traffic headache. A major closure starts Monday, when the ramp from 116th Street to northbound I-69 closes for up to two weeks. So if you’re trying to get to Noblesville, Anderson or points further north on 69 from 116th Street, starting Monday you’ll have to first head south two miles to 96th street before you can get on I-69 to go northbound. Northbound traffic exiting from I-69 can still get off at 116th Street.

A monstrous tornado at least a half-mile wide with winds up to 200 mph ripped through the Oklahoma city of Moore Monday. Officials say the death toll is expected to rise while more than 200 are being treated at hospitals.The National Weather Service says the twister was at least an EF4.
