Autopsies conducted in the Marion County coroner’s office in Indianapolis will provide official causes of death for those who died in Tuesday’s two slayings and suicide in northern Henry County. The county’s coroner, Stacey Guffey, acknowledged his formal findings on the cause of death — for Ruth Stanley Webb; her boyfriend, Robert Morrow, and her ex-husband, Johnny Webb — likely won’t be much of a surprise.
Beyond the immediate causes of death, Guffey has asked for toxicology and other testing to perhaps provide some answers as to why or how Tuesday’s tragedy unfolded.
