Selling Heroin Along Side His Child

A Muncie man has been accused of selling heroin to an undercover agent while accompanied by his 2-year-old child. The man was arrested this week on charges of dealing in a controlled substance, neglect of a dependent and maintaining a common nuisance. Authorities say he sold 1.2 grams of heroin to an agent for the Delaware County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force at his home. The transaction was captured on videotape.
