Charges Filed Against Alleged Yorktown Robbers

Criminal charges have been filed against two Muncie men arrested for the robbery of a Yorktown bank. James T. Cole is charged with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, armed robbery, three counts of criminal confinement and attempted carjacking. Malcolm X. Crim is charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery, armed robbery, and three counts of criminal confinement. Police say the two men robbed the First Merchants Bank on Nebo Road late on Nov. 6.

INDOT Mandate To Help Accomodate Holiday Traffic
24.05.13Contractors moved barrels and barricades along interstate work sites Friday to help accommodate Memorial Weekend traffic. The Indiana Department of Transportation mandated that there be no work in construction zones over the holiday weekend and Indiana State Police will be closely monitoring those sites.
