A boil order is in effect for Yorktown this morning after a water main break under Adeline Street, south of Ind. 32, late yesterday. That stretch of road remains closed this morning while crews make road repairs. The boil order is for businesses and residents located along Adeline between SR 32 and Haverhill and residents that live west of 8301 West Weller Street. The expected length of the boil order is 72 hrs.

A monstrous tornado at least a half-mile wide with winds up to 200 mph ripped through the Oklahoma city of Moore Monday. Officials say the death toll is expected to rise while more than 200 are being treated at hospitals.The National Weather Service says the twister was at least an EF4.21.05.13

A severe thunderstorm rolled through the area around 4 this morning, damaging a Noblesville gas station. Power out in parts of Hamilton County caused Noblesville Schools to operate on a two hour delay.
