Indiana State Police last night arrested two parents after troopers found their children riding in the back of a moving truck near New Castle. In the front of the truck, troopers found two small children, and riding in the unheated storage section of the back of the truck, an 18-year-old girl, four underage siblings and 18 cats. The parents were arrested on four counts of Neglect of a Dependent. The children were turned over to Child Protective Services. Henry County Animal Control took possession of the cats.
