2008 Lawsuit Against Muncie Pastor Is Settled

An out-of-court settlement has been reached in the lawsuit of a Muncie pastor.
Parties involved in the 2008 lawsuit against Matthew A. Kidd and Freedom Point Apostolic Church, have not released any information concerning the terms of that agreement. Kidd was accused of sexually abusing former members of his congregation. The criminal case against Kidd is expected to proceed.
