Parents No Strangers To Child Neglect Charges

The parents arrested last week, after police found their children in the back of a box truck, have been in trouble for their treatment of children before. The two face felony neglect charges in Henry County after their Wednesday arrest. But before that, they were charged with endangering the welfare of children in 2005 in Pennsylvania.
