Woman’s Estate Sues Cart Operator And Owner

The mother of a Muncie woman killed last June after a golf cart she was riding in flipped into a creek has filed a lawsuit against both the man who was driving the cart and its owner. A lawsuit filed recently by Gaynelle Anne Moore’s mother, is seeking compensation for medical, funeral and burial expenses stemming from Moore’s death.
