A Delaware Circuit Court 3 jury deliberated for four hours Tuesday evening before finding Terry D. Rutledge guilty of murder and obstruction of justice.
The 25-year-old Rutledge had been accused of killing 40-year-old Tonia Ingram a year ago this week, then setting the victim’s body on fire along an eastside street. The Muncie man will face a maximum 68-year prison term when he is sentenced on December 27.
