State Rep. Kevin Mahan and other dignitaries joined soldiers and their families from the U.S Army Reserve’s 316th Psychological Operations Company Friday as the unit deployed to the Horn of Africa. The 316th PSYOP Company provides world-wide military information support operations to conventional and special operations units.
