Arrested After Pulling A Knife In A Winchester Tavern

A Richmond man is under arrest after allegedly threatening a bartender with a knife at a downtown Winchester tavern. 28-year-old Travis Bowling was charged with criminal recklessness, disorderly conduct and battery after allegedly pulling a knife on the bartender who had ordered him to leave the A&B Café. Another bartender suffered a cut on his left shoulder during a scuffle.
