The Indiana attorney general’s office has filed a complaint against a Portland physician.
Leonard Green the third is accused of being addicted, erratic and unfit to practice.
The complaint follows the doctor’s arrest this past summer on charges of resisting law enforcement in Randolph County and battery in Jay County. His license was suspended on an emergency basis in September, and Green now faces further disciplinary action by the state’s medical licensing board.

Staff Relations Manager Barb Cross says she‘s among numerous Red Cross staffers nationwide on the ground and assessing the needs. Cross says she always feels personally blessed to be able to help those who are in trouble.
