A group of local business, government and economic development leaders met this week to report the success of recent job creation and retention efforts and look to the future.
Delaware County officials cited several economic development successes in the past year, including $68 million in new capital investment, 426 new or retained jobs and $15 million in new or retained payroll.

Staff Relations Manager Barb Cross says she‘s among numerous Red Cross staffers nationwide on the ground and assessing the needs. Cross says she always feels personally blessed to be able to help those who are in trouble.
