Guilkey Widow “Disclaims” Properties

The representative of the late Stanley I. Guilkey estate has waived her right to the former Guilkey funeral home and other properties facing mortgage foreclosure. Margaret Guilkey, who is Stanley’s widow, recently “disclaimed all interest” in the properties. Her attorney says she would no longer be involved.
