House Fire On Anderson’s Historic Eighth Street

A home on Anderson’s historic Eighth Street was damaged after a fire Wednesday morning. Crews say fire damage was limited to the attic although there was smoke and water damage throughout the house. One of the owners says the home built in the 1870s was being used as a duplex. Everyone was able to get out safely.
