An Alexandria man will be sentenced Monday after he was found guilty of reckless homicide and two counts of criminal recklessness. 20-year-old Paul Coy was convicted by a trial jury on November 30th for causing the death of 17-year-old passenger and serious injuries to two female juvenile passengers in a March 15th crash in Alexandria.
Coy will be sentenced 9 a.m. Monday in Madison Circuit Court 3 by Judge Thomas Newman Jr.

Contractors moved barrels and barricades along interstate work sites Friday to help accommodate Memorial Weekend traffic. The Indiana Department of Transportation mandated that there be no work in construction zones over the holiday weekend and Indiana State Police will be closely monitoring those sites.
