DelCo To Get Another RoundAbout

Another roundabout is coming to east central Indiana – this time at West Jackson Street and Nebo Road. Delaware County, the town of Yorktown and the city of Muncie will split the estimated 1.7 million dollar cost. Federal funds will reimburse 80 percent of the project, which officials say will improve traffic in a busy area west of Muncie.
