Slow Recovery Predicted For Delaware County

Economic recovery for Delaware County and the rest of East Central Indiana will be a long slow process. That’s according to Ball State University economist Michael Hicks who says Indiana’s economy has outperformed the national economy but forecast models suggest a “mixed” outlook. Economic activity will exceed the national average but employment growth will lag.
