EC Indiana Mayor Says He May Switch Parties

The Mayor of Elwood may change parties. Ron Arnold describes himself as the “mayor in the middle”, a Republican with a Democrat city council. Arnold has said there is much infighting in his party and he‘s given thought to governing as an independent. Arnold says he will make a decision next month.

INDOT Mandate To Help Accomodate Holiday Traffic
24.05.13Contractors moved barrels and barricades along interstate work sites Friday to help accommodate Memorial Weekend traffic. The Indiana Department of Transportation mandated that there be no work in construction zones over the holiday weekend and Indiana State Police will be closely monitoring those sites.
