Elwood Receives Revitalization Funding

The city of Elwood recently received funds to use for various projects. The Madison County Council approved $164,000 in food and beverage money to the city to use for downtown revitalization projects. Mayor Ron Arnold says the funding will mean the beginning of restoring the city‘s historic downtown.

Staff Relations Manager Barb Cross says she‘s among numerous Red Cross staffers nationwide on the ground and assessing the needs.
