Add “Theft” To His List Of Charges

He was already facing murder and obstruction-of-justice charges and now Terry Rutledge has been charged with theft. The 25-year-old Muncie man is accused of stealing a cell phone from a counter in the Delaware County Jail during a break in his trial on Nov. 29
The phone was allegedly found in Rutledge’s cell. He is set to be sentenced next week 14th for the December 2011 murder of Tonia Ingram.

Bonzi Wells Target Of Lawsuit
