Muncie Music Center has a new home. The long time music store opened the doors to its new store Monday. The downtown location at 600 South Mulberry is near Canan Commons in a new state-of-the-art building. One half of that building will be used as a display for products, while the other half holds lesson rooms, a repair area and even a classroom.

A local member of the American Red Cross is helping in the tornado recovery effort Oklahoma City. Staff Relations Manager Barb Cross says she‘s among numerous Red Cross staffers nationwide on the ground and assessing the needs. Cross says she always feels personally blessed to be able to help those who are in trouble.22.05.13
