Man Pleads Guilty For Bank Robbery And Shooting Police Dog

A man arrested for robbing a bank and shooting a police K-9 officer in Madison County has pleaded guilty. Joseph Turner pleaded guilty to armed robbery, criminal recklessness, resisting law enforcement and striking a law enforcement animal. Turner robbed a bank in Anderson on August 18th and shot “Magnum” in the face as the dog was released by police.
