Woman Accused Of Union Embezzlement

A Connersville woman has been charged for allegedly embezzling more than $25,000 from a Wayne County auto workers union. Connie Sayne of Connersville was charged with embezzlement after authorities discovered she allegedly stole the money over a period of nearly two years. According to U.S. Attorney Joe Hogsett, Sayne has agreed to plead guilty to the charges, but no court date has been set.

INDOT Mandate To Help Accomodate Holiday Traffic
24.05.13Contractors moved barrels and barricades along interstate work sites Friday to help accommodate Memorial Weekend traffic. The Indiana Department of Transportation mandated that there be no work in construction zones over the holiday weekend and Indiana State Police will be closely monitoring those sites.
