Zoning Change For Apartment Complex

The Muncie City Council this week voted to approve a zoning change needed for construction of a 15-unit apartment complex in the 800 block of West Riverside Avenue.
Project developers say they hope to have the project completed in time for the beginning of the 2013-14 academic year for students at nearby Ball State University.
