Former Town Employees Charged With Theft

Two former Ingalls street department employees are facing charges of theft for selling town property and allegedly keeping the money for their own personal use. Daniel Kincade and Duane Hammel were confronted and fired over the incident. The Indiana Attorney General’s office issued a letter to the men demanding payment of more than five thousand dollars.
