More Water Woes For Anderson

Anderson water utility crews repaired a second water main leak that occurred Thursday morning, while continuing to fix the city’s main water line. The second break occurred in a 4-inch line on Nursery Road between Eighth and Sixth Streets, about 10:30 a.m. That break sent water gushing through the yards of neighborhood houses and took about two hours bring under control.

INDOT Mandate To Help Accomodate Holiday Traffic
24.05.13Contractors moved barrels and barricades along interstate work sites Friday to help accommodate Memorial Weekend traffic. The Indiana Department of Transportation mandated that there be no work in construction zones over the holiday weekend and Indiana State Police will be closely monitoring those sites.
