Two Muncie men and a juvenile have been arrested for their alleged roles in a shootout between passengers in two vehicles just before 6 p.m. Tuesday. Romel Jaron Caldwell and Zachary Shane Buck are each charged with criminal recklessness, possession of a handgun without a permit and resisting law enforcement. A third suspect, a juvenile, was also arrested and immediately taken to the juvenile detention center. It’s not yet known whether he will face adult charges.
