Today is Monday, Jan. 21. In honor of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day holiday:
All federal and state offices are closed.
City offices in Muncie, Hartford City, Montpelier and New Castle closed. Those in Dunkirk, Portland and Winchester are open.
County offices and courts in Delaware, Blackford and Henry counties and town halls in Daleville, Gaston, Yorktown and Parker City are all closed. County offices and courts in Jay and Randolph counties and town halls in Albany and Eaton are open.
Your financial institution, license branch and post office are closed today.

22.05.13A local member of the American Red Cross is helping in the tornado recovery effort Oklahoma City. Staff Relations Manager Barb Cross says she‘s among numerous Red Cross staffers nationwide on the ground and assessing the needs. Cross says she always feels personally blessed to be able to help those who are in trouble.
