Taylor Suspends Classes For MLK Jr Day

Taylor University in Upland, Indiana has suspended classes for the day so students, faculty and staff may participate in the observation of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. The 2013 celebration at Taylor University includes guest speakers, music, dance and workshops.

INDOT Mandate To Help Accomodate Holiday Traffic
24.05.13Contractors moved barrels and barricades along interstate work sites Friday to help accommodate Memorial Weekend traffic. The Indiana Department of Transportation mandated that there be no work in construction zones over the holiday weekend and Indiana State Police will be closely monitoring those sites.
