There’s no doubt about it – winter is back.
A Wind Chill Advisory was in effect until 11 Tuesday morning. Arctic air caused the thermometer to plunge and steady winds created sub-zero wind chills. The cold air is expected to continue through Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
