Seven Charter Schools Could Close

Seven charter schools across Indiana could be closing after their charters were not renewed by Ball State University. The STEMM Leadership Academy in Richmond is among those who lost their charter – the others are in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne and Gary. Anderson Preparatory Academy in Madison County was awarded a three-year contract extension.

INDOT Mandate To Help Accomodate Holiday Traffic
24.05.13Contractors moved barrels and barricades along interstate work sites Friday to help accommodate Memorial Weekend traffic. The Indiana Department of Transportation mandated that there be no work in construction zones over the holiday weekend and Indiana State Police will be closely monitoring those sites.
