Two lawsuits filed in recent days could mean increased liability insurance premiums. A “slip and fall” lawsuit has been filed against Muncie Community Schools and a “traffic accident” tort claim naming Delaware County has been filed over an incident that involved a car owned by the Delaware County Housing Authority.
