Wild Winter Weather – Tornado watches, thunderstorm warnings and a flood watch are not your typical winter weather. Thunderstorms rolled through east central Indiana early this morning bringing with it heavy rains and damaging winds. Numerous AEP outages were reported in Delaware, Grant & Hamilton counties, most of which have been restored. No severe damage here, but authorities are investigating possible tornado damage in Green County in southwestern Indiana. The storm snapped 9 power poles near Castleton Square Mall and Duke Power outages numbered more than 14,000 at its peak.
