Guilty Of Gang-Related Attempted Murder

A teen suspected of severely beating another teen in an act of gang-related violence has been found guilty of attempted murder. 19-year-old Ruben Rosales-Mezar of Chicago is one of three youths suspected of attacking 15-year-old Sergio Torres last June. The 12-member jury in Madison Circuit Court 3 additionally found Rosales-Mezar guilty on a charge of criminal gang activity.
