A Muncie mom was arrested on DUI charges while her toddler and infant were in the SUV with her. When police pulled the SUV over for going 96 in a 55, he noticed that the driver, 29-year-old Melissa Lyght appeared intoxicated. He also noticed her 3-year-old son and 6-month-old daughter in the SUV. The kids were not injured. Police said Lyght’s blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit of .08 percent.
