Yesterday we told you that a BMW crashed through the 69 Liquors store in Chesterfield and briefly caught fire. We now have more details. An eyewitness to the crash – a store employee – says the vehicle made a right turn into the store’s parking lot and accelerated straight into the building without stopping. Authorities at the scene couldn’t identify the driver, the hospital he was taken to or his condition. The reason for the wreck is still unknown. The owner of the building says he’s not sure if it’s salvageable.
