Stormwater Rate Reduction Program To Be Announced

Muncie homeowners may be able to get a reduction in their stormwater bills. The Muncie Sanitary District says an announcement regarding the program will be made at the board’s next meeting, on Feb. 19. Residential stormwater bills were increased in 2012, to help fund a 20-year, $160 million project to separate storm and sanitary sewers.
