City Commits More Funding To Downtown Development

Mayor Dennis Tyler has increased his financial support of the city’s downtown development organization. The city board of works has received an agreement between the mayor and the Muncie Downtown Development Partnership that specifies the city will provide up to $132,000 in funding, an increase from $100,000 last year. The agreement must now be approved by the MDDP board.
