Penn. Couple Offered Plea Deal

A Pennsylvania couple charged with neglect after leaving several of their kids in the back of a box truck on a cross-country journey has been offered a plea deal. David and Rebecca Detjen spoke with a Henry County judge via phone yesterday. The Henry County Prosecutor offered them the plea to plead guilty to only one charge. The Detjen’s have two weeks to accept the deal.
